BIOGRAPHY
Pianist Jung-Yeon Yim is renowned for her captivating performances and dedication to music education. She won first prize at the Delia Steinberg International Piano Competition and was the national winner of the MTNA Young Artist Competition in 2021, among other awards. Dr. Yim’s debut album, From Vienna, released in 2021, features works by Schumann, Berg, and Schubert. Currently a member of the piano faculty at Peabody Preparatory and Loyola University Maryland, Dr. Yim holds degrees from Colburn Conservatory, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and the University of Maryland
