Doug Bowles, tenor and Alex Hassan<\/span>, piano, regulars at Emerson Street, are back to share selections from their nearly decade-long collaboration.   The pair will present known and newly discovered songs from the 1920s and 30s by composers such as Friederich Hollander, the Gershwins, Harold Arlen, Gordon and Revel and many more.  Be the first to hear newly added material from the European popular song canon, in advance of the pair\u2019s mini-tour of England and Germany in mid August.   From tender ballads to raucous comedy songs, and finger-spraining piano novelty numbers, Bowles and Hassan<\/span> are sure to please!<\/h3>\n
